Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying / Development of new Franchises prospects by locating potential business partners across India
Establish contact with prospects coming through leads provided by the company
Fix up appointment with prospects and make sales presentations
Undertaking all initial discussions with the Prospect
Negotiate terms and conditions of each franchise agreement
Regular Follow up on closures
Closing the deal along with top management's involvement
Working out setting up the office with the Franchise owner.
Supervise the overall operations of new Franchise.
Ensure protection of the brand through compliance with the legal agreement and trading terms and conditions
Handling all enquires made from the customers.

Requirements

Role Specifications:

Qualification: Any Graduate/PG Graduate.
Total Experience: Minimum 5 +years experience in Franchise Management. Should have a strong understanding of Franchise agreements and practices
